What coolant should I use!?!

I've read all over the place and get mixed reviews.
Im in the middle of head studs, egr delete, irp oil cooler relocation kit, high flow coolant filter, and all the other little associated items.
Or does it even matter now that I'm getting rid of the egr cooler and moving the oil cooler to an external location?

If you have an AIR to OIL oil cooler (like the BPD one) then I see nothing wrong with using Ford gold coolant. If you are using IPR's relocation kit (or any other kit that still uses the stock coolant to oil cooler) then you need to run a red ELC coolant. Never run green.

If you used CAT ELC you wouldn't need to change it every year polluting the environment with all that waste glycol. LOL
