5r110 output shaft

posted this question a while back but never got a clear answer and after looking at 6 trucks in the past couple months cant find one im happy with so I am thinking of swapping my 2 wheel drive 6.0 to 4 wheel drive. Question I have is is there a difference between the output shafts? How about the housing where the tcase bolts to the trans.

My truck
2003 f250 6.0 , 5r110 , afe stage2 intake, diamond eye 4 inch exhaust dumps in front of passenger tire, arp headstuds, Swamps 58V FICM , SCT Tuner canned tunes for now, welded egr cooler, Bodywork by trailer in the ditch. made new by Tech Auto Body , Blue Ox goose neck hitch . gone the bank said I couldn't keep her R.I.P.

I understand that the housing will need to be swapped i am wondering about the shaft though
