How good is hot shot diesel extreme fuel additive

I just ordered the 32oz fuel additive how god is this stuff ? Seen them use it on Truck U for hard start rough idle on a white 6.0 They even hit the smoke on take off lol.
Anyways how good is the diesel extreme fuel additive from hot shot ?

Best stuff I have used is the XPD. It's the only thing I ever really notice a difference when I'm on it.

I just used the last of my xpd. I've got a quart of Opti-lube gonna try it next. Anyone used it?

I've used optilube quite a bit I like it usually see 1 or 2 mpg when going on a long trip. But for the money I don't think archoil can be beat.
