I used a custom tune with a modded 6.0 turbonetics 61 mm ball bearing, 190 cc injectors, ethanol injection and found tht the performance tune that came with my sct x3 worked much better. I then tried Vivian's looney and it did not like I. I changed my turbo to precision 71 mm billet wheel ball bearing and it loves Vivian's looney tune. Only problem is when post really goes up fuel pressure drops to 20 psi so I am forced to let off out of fear. Anyone have any suggestions on why fuel pressure drop. I am running a aeromotive regulator and fass fuel pump. The regulator has a boost reference and increases pressure with boost. Fuel pressure is about 55 psi at idle. ??

REGSHD, running the race/hybrid I see about 16.5 MPG with Vivian's Looney Fuel I'm lucky if I see 15 MPG. F350 DRWs usually do not get better mileage than single rear wheeled trucks. Considering when I bought the truck and before I got a tuner on it; it was getting about 12.5 at best.

Yes that was without a FICM tune. Is the cost of Looney Fuel worth it--not for the fuel savings part of it. I do however, like the way the truck runs Looney Fuel from what I've read is Looney with a bit milder injection timing. Vivian's shifting is spot on.

Email tony wildman or Matt at gearhead automotive... Those two are the ones I would go with for an unstuffed truck
