Standpipes and Plugs install
Hi all, just bought some standpipes, dummy plugs and an injector o ring kit. Looking to do some preventative maintenance. The problem is finding the time to do it. I haven't been under the valve covers of this truck yet. I've been slowly doing other things on the weekends I do have free like the oil cooler, stc fitting, egr delete, etc. From what I read its not that hard of a job, takes time and patience. What time does Ford give it's techs or what does it take a mechanically inclined individual ( in this case a Mercury outboard technician
). Btw, I'm looking for a Ford or International manual with torque specs, I've bought two manuals off ebay already, great troubleshooting stuff and run downs on systems, but no specs, tired of googling this stuff when putting things back together.

Wow thanks bud, that's some good info, almost wish I didn't just buy that international manual off ebay, because that is a little more detailed!
