need help asap

I have a 04 F250 in my shop. Long story short ihad to remove the engine harness. Now there are 3 sets of connectorsside by side that look like they can plug into each other. Do they or are they supposed to hook up another way? Thanks for the help guys. Hopefully someone will understand what im talking about.

Could you be talking about the 3 connectors that plug into the bottom of the FICM?
