Egr delete and oilcooler replacement question
I have a 2004 f-250 and I am planning on doing the delete and oil cooler replacement. Was wondering what is the best kit to buy and also what else should I replace while I have it apart.
Thanks |

Refer to my Bullet-Proofing thread linked in my sig for the '04 MY weak points, and with the '04s check if you build is the earlier or late '04 build as changes were made.
Almost all the delete kits function about the same, unless you get some off brand you'll be alright. For the Oil Cooler, do some shopping around and find the best price on the rebuild kit. Tousley Ford and Sunrise Ford are popular here on the ORG. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. |

Check the build date on the B-pillar.
