still puking after egr delete and oil cooler !!!!!!!

im trying to figure out what my next step is. i have completed my egr delete, upgraded oil cooler, hpop modified, blue spring upgrade, CAT coolant, 4" exhaust from turbo back, new thermostat,and new radiator cap. i am still puking. after completion of this project i also have a bad number 6 injector. im now saving up for the head gaskets and arp studs. how hard is it to replace them with out removing the cab or pulling the motor? i did all this work myself with a little help from a friend and it took a day and a half. how much more time and effort is it from where we were with head gaskets and arp studs. is there anything else i should do if i go this far. it has been a uphill battle with my 6.0. i love my truck and i do tow a bass boat (4 times a month) and occasionally (3 times a year) 10,000lbs or more. also what should i look for when i remove the heads? should i have them checked? please any advice would be appreciated?

other mods are, 4 in lift, 2012 stock 20's with 35-12.50-r20, dual 4" silverline exhaust, sct limewire tuner(enovative desiel tunes),

It can be done with the cab on. Read the "paramedic saves 6.0" and the "catalina wine mixer" sticky at the top of this section.

Yes you should have them magnafluxed, psi tested, and milled flat by a very reputable machine shop. Ask them questions about the 6.0 to see if they know what they are talking about. The heads have to be absolutely flat when you put them back on. Also use only Ford HG's. I can't remember the max that can be milled off before you need new ones, someone will chime in with that.
