newbie turbo rebuild

Newbie here so forgive me if I am asking a question that has already been asked. I am installing an egr delete kit on my truck and have a few days before the new diamond eye 4" turbo back exhaust gets here so I decided while I have the turbo off i would clean it. I read some instructions and watched a youtube video of it being done so decided I would give it a whirl. My turbo was not all that dirty however I did notice some rust and my unisom ring didn't move with ease. I cleaned everything up with a scuff pad and some carb and choke cleaner. However I didn't realize i also cleaned all my marker marks off the turbo. I did manage to put it all back together and it appears that you really can't put it together wrong it will only properly fit one way from what i can tell. I figured before I mounted it back on the truck I would make sure I am correct in what I am saying or do I need to take turbo to ford and let them put it back together. Also does anyone know of any tricks for putting the egr delete up pipe on. There is little to no room to try and line all this stuff up just right.

Thanks for any advice and help and please forgive me in advance if this question is redundant.

if it matters my trucks is 04 f350 srw crew cab
