HELP! Where does this go?

I've begun reassembly after doing a Ford oil cooler and BulletProofDiesel EGR cooler. So far I've been rolling right along... but then I saw this.

For the life of me I can't remember pulling it off. Looks like it mounts to the side of the turbo manifold, but then it has holes were something else was mounted to the other side of it. I appreciate any help you can give me here. Thanks!

Ok, I found a picture of it in Fishermedic's bulletproofing thread, so I know do I do have the mounting location right. Still not sure what was bolted to the other side of the bracket though. Anyone?

I'm stuck at work, no fun for me!! LOL.

Don't forget when you go to route your wire harness back into the engine bay, the last intake bolt closest to the firewall on the driver side, a ground wire goes to that stud.
