Any ideas what will cause this? It says enginr sensor data error. Ac wont work. Truck is an05pg

Check the wiring and make sure there is no damage and if not, replace the sensor.

Ok i checked the voltage coming out the sensor and it was reading 0. Wiggled it a lil bit and went up to 5 volts. I couldnt find a short or nothing. Any ideas?

Do i have a bad sensor? Or is there a short? If so do they sell the entire wire from pcm

An open circuit is different than a short.

Check continuity of your wiring or just replace the sensor. The ECT is cheap. Also, the EOT sensor is the same sensor - you can swap them as a test.

How do i check the continuity? What do i put the volt meter it?
