Head/tail lights ideas

Since my 03 is white and had the black rims I've been wanting to black out the rest of it. So my question is.

Buy these
99-04 FORD F250 F350 SUPER DUTY PICKUP HEADLIGHTS & CORNER & TAIL LIGHTS SMOKE | eBay

Or just smoke them myself. W clear coat and some black paint.

i have never seen a smoked ( DIY ) headlight that

1. looked good
2. stayed that way for any length of time

you can get aftermarket harley style for a couple hundred bucks
