CTS Problems HELP

I ordered the edge CTS 83830 and used the fusion updater before connecting it to my truck. Once i connected it to my truck i went to setup the screen and I am missing a ton of PID's. Pretty much only have MAP pressure, mpg instant, mpg avg, coolant temp, mph, mph corrected and load. I think that's it there maybe a one or two more. Really let down right now seeing as edge is closed already. Has anyone experienced this problem? Thanks in advance for the help.

It sucks when you get a new toy and can't play with it immediately.
Not sure that I can help, but can tell you they are probably the best people to talk to if there is something wrong with the software.
Poke around in there, i am sure that you can figure something out.

So I was running the economy tune from innovative and kinda forgot about it. I reloaded stock and now it works correctly. Does anyone know how to make it work with a tune?

I tried to update mine, it said it was current. When I connected it, it seemed that I was missing some, also.

So, I tried to update it again, then it seemed that it had all of the PIDs when I hooked it back up. ???

I'd run through set up again, just make sure that you are selecting all of the right options, and maybe even try to update it again. If you are missing a lot of PIDs, then it almost sounds like you have it on 'other' (or whatever the option is) rather than Ford. Might not be the case, but just a few thoughts.
