Some codes - need some advice

A friend has an 07 Outlaw crew cab. Super nice! Low miles 50k.

Well, has had some cold start issues and no smothing out until it has some heat (like down the road).

He changed the oil, replaced with 5/40 and rev ex, way better. But still has codes.

Codes P0261, 264, 270, and a bunch of P0000.

I checked FICM volts, holding strong at 48.

Thoughts?

I think the ficm logic board is taking a crap. Of course the batteries need to be load tested.
