Should I walk away?

A gentleman wants to trade his xcab shortbed 6.0 with 246k for my e99 crew cab 7.3. He says he's needs a crew cab and he hasn't had any problems with the egr or the oil cooler. Should I look at it? Is there a link I can look at that tells what to look for on the 6.0?

That's alot of miles....

Im sure you can sell your 7.3 and get a good low mile 6oh for around the same price.

Granted, there's 500,000+ mile 6 liters out there but without knowing the FULL history of that truck, I'd be leary.

I agree with the walk away. Alot of guys (myself included) are fighting the whole oil cooler monster at alot lower miles than that.....But that does give me hope for my 6.0
