Having some work done! Need Help

Hey guys I have a few quick questions. I have an 05 CCSB with 97,000 miles on it. Its bone stock and I usually run a 6 to 7 Degree delta at 65mph. I havent had any issues with it yet because I had the motor worked on under warranty about 30,000 miles ago. They put in a new oil cooler and egr cooler and all that BS. I have driven it from WA state to South Carolina and back twice now without anything major except my STC fitting. Which has since been replaced with an updated one.

I am currently back in WA state and went up to the Power Shop in Enumclaw and spoke with mike about having some work done. I wanna get a Coolant Filter, EGR delete, and some other stuff to just make it more reliable. I would love to do the work myself but I have nowhere to work on it here. Thanks for all your input.

Now my questions:
Should I have them put in studds why they are already in there. Do I need them? I just wanna get a more reliable truck with a little power.
I was thinking an SCT X3 w/ innovative tunes for power?
What is a decent price to have all of this done?
