Turbo / Intercooler boots

Hi all,
My truck has begun to blow the top intercooler / turbo boot. I have cleaned it up and reinstalled it, but it has done it again and is time for a replacement. Anybody have any recommendations on if I should go with oem or maybe try Riff Rafts boot? Are there any others out there?
Thanks in advance
Bri

i would vent the CCV to the atmosphere, inspect/clean/and or replace all boots that need replacing, stock boots are fine. stock CCV is venting thru the turbo, spraying a oily mist on all the boots, vent to atmosphere and never have this problem again.

stock, get them from tousleyfordparts.com for the best price. I'd change both hot side boots at the same time.

The newest boots are orange on the inside and much stickier and won't become oil saturated as fast.

Clean the inside up really well and spray hair spray on the metal. Slip on the boot and give it a few minutes to dry. That should take care of it and look into the CCV mod.

I do plan on doing the ccv venting. Just need to get some boots ordered and tackle it all at once. I do plan on doing both boots, just trying to figure out which ones to get.
Thanks,
Bri

I like the ones I got from Riff Raff as well. I did have one blow off though.... I guess that's what I get for not tightening that one down!

Did anyone replace the clamps or will the originals still be ok?
Thanks,
