BIG thumbs up for BPD!

Hope you guys dont mind but I gotta give a shout out for BULLET PROOF DIESEL!!! I picked up their oil cooler set up last week. Within minutes I had a email receipt, then very shortly a order confermation, then a "your order has shipped" and then a FEDEX tracking number. All in less than I think 2 hours!. The 2 boxes got here very fast, the stuff was packed by pro's with a few free'bee's thrown in for fun. The instruction's are very well thought out. I took them to work and I felt like I was 15 with my dad playboy again with all my buddy's ooh'n and aaaagh'n over it
So today I didnt blink twice when I decided to replace the radiator while I got everything torn apart and called BPD- 4:28pm I called, by 6:15pm I got a tracking #. Nice to find a company that wants my business....and not afraid to earn it.

It's nice to see a great company get great reviews

I see too many terrible reviews lately on companies that have a great product but can't seem to figure out how to run a company, answer a phone or ship a product!

I just received a fully bullet proof kit from them last week and began to install it yesterday.

I also have to say, they are amazing to deal with! Very quick, dependable and friendly group.

Packaging of all parts were exceptional, and quality and craftsmanship of the parts are top notch. Major props to a great company with top quality parts.

+1 on BPD being a great company. I am running their EGR cooler and water pump. Couldn't be more pleased.

One other thing about them impressed me ..........

Some time ago I emailed them and asked about the reliability history of their EGR coolers. I wanted to know how many had failed. They told me how many and why they failed. No beating around the bush. Essentially they had a welder that was doing a poor job and a few of his jobs got out before they could be rounded up. The number was small and they made good on the warranty on all the units that they could get back. Very honest folks there.
