bounce

Does anyone know what might be causing a bounce at 45mph and only @ 45mph?Could it be a tire issue?

i know there was actually a TSB for the F350's where they actually bolted a heavy weight to the frame to counteract some sort of bounce they would get, but not the 250's.. mine only does this on certain sections of hiway that are not smooth.
