Harpoon Mod/Fuel Sending Unit

Hey guys, finally got the tank level done low enough to drop it to do the harpoon mod. Well upon dropping the tank, and pulling the sending unit, the boot on the bottom is broke, and I still need a piece to find in the tank. Somewhere on here I remember reading another post on a job another member did. In that post was the part numbers for the items I need to replace, and a better write up on setting the level. I have been looking now for 45 minutes and cannot find it. If anyone has a link can they post it please. Tank is down, truck is out of commission till I get this parts in. Here is a pick of what I found in my tank.

Nope, didn't quite have what I was looking for. I am still looking, and have come close to finding, but still no luck.

Look up guzzles web page and sinister diesel.com sells the kit for 159 with very detailed instructions

Woah $159. All I need is that pick up at the end. I can't understand why that thing cost so much when all it has is a potentiometer on the end of it. Ridiculous.

FORD Fuel Tank Pickup Foot Original Equipment

Here is what I need, but this is for the 7.3. Anyone know where I can get one for an 06 6.0? Or does anyone know if this will work for the 6.0 as well?

All you need for the harpoon mod is to drop the tank and cut the vent tube inside to remove it then put everything back together and your done.

I know this. My issue in the pick up foot was in pieces at the bottom of my tank. I need to source a new one with out buying a new sending unit. I found one for a 7.3, but I obviously have the 6.0.

No problem. I got the link for the 7.3 of the Guzzle sight. And I am not for dropping 40 on that if I do not know if it will even fit the 6.0 tank.
