Wires to Horn

So getting to our actual horn is really hard without taking stuff apart. My horn went so I will just mount one in another spot. There are two wires going to the horn though. Clearly one is hot and I get 12v when the horn goes. What is the other wire? Just a ground?????

Nevermind, clearly it is. And my problem. Its just a dead wire and why the horns didnt work. All fixed. Cheers.

LOL I know they buried those horns in there
I had to unplug mine when I went to a airhorn (not Train)

took Me a while to get to the wires
