Transmission Leak, Am I Screwed?

I've been trying to find this leak forever, I've changed my gasket 2 and my pan once, and it just keeps coming. While I'm doing my cab off head gaskets I figured I'd check it out some more and low and behold the solenoid wiring was to blame. It's leaking at the base where it enters the body of the transmission. This all started when I had to remove the bolt that held that plug together and it broke the plastic casing out of the female end that held the threaded nut. With virtually no room to work on it I simply built a clamp that attached to the lip of the transmission pan and held the plug in place, but its time to fix it right. Never seen or heard of this happening so any suggestions are appreciated.
