Hardened Valve Seat ?'s

Ok I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread but if not feel free to move it to the right area.

That said I was curious if anyone could help answer a few questions I have about hardened valve seats and bronze valve guides.

1: Where can I order a GOOD set of hardened valve seats and how much will they set me back?

2: Are the hardened valve seats the ones that get pressed (popped) out and back in or are they the ones that you have to cut out and press back in?

3: Bronze valve guides, what is the purpose of these over steel being they are softer and more prone to problems (from a metallurgical standpoint), how much do they run, is it worth the extra money, and what are your opinions on them?
