Recon cab lights- few questions

Going to order some recon smoked cab lights for my truck. I was looking on a few websites and the special "T" styled leds are $9 a piece making it $45 then the cab lights themselves are $35 making it $80 which is the same price as the whole kit with wiring for non cab-lighted trucks? Also do you guys even use the leds or stick with regular bulbs? Would my 05 have clear or amber bulbs under the stock amber housing? I have HIDS but i still dont want the LEDs to be too overpowering since i also still have stock bulbs in my mirror lights. Any guys have pics of smoked with LED bulbs or smoked with regular bulbs? thanks

I have smoked cab lights and just ordered some amber LEDS off ebay. those will be here tomorrow I believe. I can take some pics if you want so you can see. I don't think they will be too over powering. I have amber bulbs in mine right now and they are bright. I just wanted something a little brighter. as far as your stock bulbs..... they would be clear with you amber lenses.

Sinister EGR Delete, Diesel Site Coolant Filter, 5" diamond Eye Turbo Back exhaust, MBRP BLack Tip, SCT Livewire, Glow shift gauges, Go Rhino Grille Guard, Ride Right rear airbags....

I have the Recon SuperClear lenses on my truck (which I want smoked) with the T style LED's from Recon, but I have HID's as well and you can see in my sig a pic of the lights on. My stock bulbs were amber in my 06.

Yes, 4" with 5" tips. Deleted the cat. In hindsight I wish I didnt have a muffle, but it does sound good. Here's the only pic I have, same as sig but bigger.
