Red face I'll have to wait

Well, I was going to pull the trigger yesterday on the SCT Livewire when I ran into a snag. Sct discontinued it. I called up the company and they told me they are replacing with a new better model. But it won't be out for another 45 to 60 days. Sucks cause I need something for my August trip. O'well, waited this long, will have to wait a little longer. Has anybody heard what the new one can do or will look like?

Performance Machine MFG Egr delete kit and oil cooler
Deleted Cat and muffler
Blue spring upgrade
Scangauge II

Haven't heard anything of the new model but IMO you'd be better off monitoring wise by running an Insight CS/CTS and just turning your truck with an X3 or SF3.

If SCT is coming out with a new tuner/monitor, maybe they will finally listen to the powerstroke crowd and have the ability to monitor ALL the parameters needed, including external EGT, FP, add on sensors, turbo timer, and back up camera.

I guess we will have to wait and see.

i believe they are.. atleast thats what i got out of the sales guy.. i called yesterday about getting a new screen for my touch screen extreme and they said they stop making it because they are coming out with a new unit next month that is wired now instead of wireless and you can monitor just about everything the computer does
