price check on a couple trucks...

Hey guys, without monitoring anything on them, I am just wondering what you think a good ballpark price would be on 2 different trucks. Both trucks are about 300 miles away. I plan on bringing an insight with me on whichever truck I choose but am a little nervous about seeing bad numbers on a truck so far away! So just to make sure I am not over paying anyways, here are 2:

Both are 6.0's

1st: 2007 King ranch crew cab FX4 dually with 95000mi, not sure on engine hours yet. Everything phsically looks great on the truck. asking 24500

2nd: 2005 Lariat crew cab 4x4 dually. 60000mi, 1425 engine hours. Truck also looks about perfect but tires look worn, and it has those chrome fender flares on it that I cannot stand, but would hopefully come off easy. Otherwise good looking truck. asking 23500

Also, I was reading in an older post today that having a short trip to work and home everyday is bad for these motors. My trip to work is 10 miles. Will that be a problem?? Thanks!!
