New engine break in time?

Anyone got some info to help me out? I have searched and really havent found a answer.

I just got a freshly built block/ rebuilt head and all new everything including a turbo.

How should I break this in? Easy for 100 miles than tow the crap out of it to seat the rings? When should I change the oil for the first time.

I drove mine 4 hours back from the dealer at HWY speeds so 100 miles is cake. Just drive it around to make sure there's no issues. I don't think mine broke in till 20k.
