No oil pressure.
Helped my friend do egr delete and new oil cooler. Having a hard time building oil pressure. Ran for about 30 seconds. Smoked a starter and still can't get to run. Any tricks to getting it to build pressure faster? Thanks.

Which oil pressure? Low or high? And if you smoke a starter, how long did you crank on it?

Did you fill the valley where the oil cooler sits with oil before installing the new oil filter?
It can take a while to build oil pressure even with that filled. If you didn't fill it break out the battery charger. |

Well no I didn't fill that, but I didn't fill that when I did it to my truck and it started after about 5 mins, but my friends would have low pressure oil pressure and my insight would say around .5 volts on the icp every time we crank it, never really got better except every once and awhile it would fire and jump to 2.2 volts. Now we can't even get low pressure oil pressure.
