Spitting/sputtering under load!!!!!

Truck was running great with looney wild.. Then I noticed a decrease in power.. And when I floored it..it sputters and sounds like its missing..there is a noticeable different tone/ miss thru exhaust..fuel mileage sucks again..I have changed 3 injectors last year.. Rev x cleared up 2 others a few months after that..i am leaning towards an injector issue..any other thoughts??

Do you have the blue spring update? Ford filters? You need to check your feel pressure too. Just showing 48v on the ficm does not mean it is good.

Yea, considering you have had injector problems before, better get that checked soon.
