steering column installed know I have a Noise

Well just replaced my 03 steering column with a tilt cruise column out of another 03. Now when I start it I hear a electrical noise like a wire is not connecting all the way and it does it only some times. So today I started it and searched for 2 hr with the noise only intermittenly happening any ideas. I just replaced the clock spring. Everthing is working i'm stumped.
