New 6.0 owner
Hey guys i have been lurking on the forum for quite a while. I bought an 05 f250 cc long bed a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. Its my first diesel and am very impressed. I dont do much towing or hauling but i wanted to get a truck that could do anything in case i needed to. Just put a 4in turbo back diamond eye exhaust on it and egr delete and insight cts are next. Welcome. And yes that is a nice rig, don't personally like the LB but to each his own. Take care of her and she will take care of you.

Just askin but am I the only one that would be worried that it only has 30,000 miles? Dont get me wrong gorgeous rig very nice truck but I would have to ask why such low miles...and unless their was a good reason I might walk away thinking something was up. Or am I just being paranoid...

Ehhhh... maybe the PO didn't use it much. There was a guy that used to be in our chapter that has an early 99 7.3 that only has 50,000 or so miles on it now.

An older man purchased the truck from a local ford dealer and he died and i got a good deal from a buddy of mine who works at a dealership. My dad has a 99 f250 he bought it new and it only has 50,000 miles on it. We both have company vehicles thats how his has low miles so i plan on keeping low miles on mine as well.

You know I got to thinkin about that and my mother has a 98 Dodge 1500 with 52,000 so I guess its possible....and ya I totaly understand having the company ride! Man does it cut down on miles!!!

nice truck, i have a 2005 king ranch fx4 4x4 4wd. just towed my 5th wheel after egr delete and new oil cooler. ect temps stayed around 220. eot mirrored ect. fan kept coming on to keep it cooled down to 220 ect. outside temp in Fl were 100. anyone think thise temps are to high? unloaded i normaly see ect around 200 on hot days in ga
