I just got the pump in today...The Ford part number on it doesn't seem to match up to any Ford database. Really I can't find the part number anywhere except for a couple other random auctions with only the pump. The sticker is cut off after the part number instead of having rounded edges on all 4 corners and the extra little bit of info on the end. It was cut off while on the pump cause the knife dug into the aluminium. Also the bottom is dull and the top is somewhat shiny like it had been on a truck for sometime and was just cleaned up or rebuilt... The part number on it is "6C34-9G282-AE", PFB101="6C3Z-9G282-C" and it's precursor PFB93="6C3Z-9G282-AA". It was adverstised as PFB101 and also listed the proper Ford part number.

Does Ford/Motorcraft have a different setup for rebuilds? Anyone ever ran into a similar issue?
Returns are accepted with the seller and I've already contacted with pretty much the same message, asking more details on return policy. My thinking is if it's is just a rebuild that's fine as long as it was proper and she pushes good pressure, but if I hook it up and it doesn't work properly then I think he should still take it back. We'll see on this, he has 100% feedback with over 400 transactions.
