Aftermarket command start?

Just out of curiosity does anybody know if the aftermarket command starts when installed are somehow wired into the ABS system in these trucks.
The reason I ask is I have had a issue with my speedo for some time now and have tried just about everything mentioned that I can find here with no luck.When I got my A/E pagage thought maybe it might tell me but it will not connect to the ABS module it says.Its a 05 dually XLT and it had a command start I cut it out just sniped all the wires were they tied into harrness cause of a no-start issue when I bought it,turned out to be ICP screen.The reason I cut it out was I had a similar issue on a F-150 and thats what caused it and once I removed it the truck ran.Not sure if this is the best place to ask this but it is the most visited by people it seems.Thanks The only thing I havent checked yet its the wheel sensers but if the A/E will not connect it seems logical to start there?I did change the module on the block with all the brake lines to it,I assume its the module?

Anybody?All my searching and chasing this problem have a dumb question?The PCM behind the drivers battery has 3 plugs is it possible that the one plug for the abs system is bad not so much the plug but the pcm its self.Everything works on the truck fine just this speedo?Can I change the pcm out for another one as i have extra"s. Still looking to find what I should read from the abs sensors on front wheels before I change them out.The speedo never worked on this truck since I got it.
