Weird Battery issue

Ok I can not figure this out for the life of me! I typically drive my truck everyday but when i dont the batteries go dead! It can make it about 3 days and be fine but you let that thing sit a whole week and they are as dead as you can get! I put new batteries and a new alternator on it about 3 months ago maybe give or take a few months. I have put an AMP clamp on the ground cable and it shows no draw! I have pulled every damn fuse out of the truck even to my amp and my Airdog. I can not figure this out for the life of me! If someone can help me please do!

What brand alternator and batteries did you put in?

Have you checked the voltage output of the alternator at idle? Had the batteries load tested?

You have to have something that is "kicking" on. If your bats are full when you shut down that has to be it...... Even if your alt was bad and your truck was running, when you get back they shouldnt be dead as a can be. Is there anything direct wired? (alarm/sterio)

Weird man. At least it should be easy to fix when found!

You have a parasitic draw. A inductive pickup on the ground will not find it, even a small draw of .5 amps will drain your batteries... Do all this with the key off. Take a section of wire (14g or so) and wrap it 10 times in a loop, disconnect your battery on the passenger side. On your driver’s side battery remove your pos. cable and install the section of wire IN LINE. Then read your amp draw in the loop, this allows you to find small draws of current, EX. pick up reads 3.0A then you know you have 0.3A drain. Then you just start pulling fuses (Horn buttons used to be notaries for this). Just remember that your computer will also draw amps with key off so it will never read zero.
