ficm voltage really high cranking.

Well i've had a shutter or a small lope almost when just touching the gas to start moving for a few months now it would only do it for a second or two then go away. Starting has been fine cold but it is summer. The last few weeks it's gotten more noticable. Went on alittle trip this weekend a few hours each way I noticed lower power on the way home. Parked it in the farm shop saturday so i could check ficm volts after work today (monday) and tada no start while doing my test cold. Key on shows about 50V over a min or two drops to 17V, cranking it shows around 100v. I've never read about a ficm jumping this high when bad JW if anyone has experienced this? Im gunna give ficm repair a jingle tomorrow and get it sent out. I was just alittle wowed when I saw myhigh cranking volts.
