How fast will it go?

Just thinking... 2 days ago I had to rush a buddy to the ER ASAP. Like an idiot I was paying no attention to my speed. After I got to the er I checked my cs records and max vehicle speed was 121!
I'm surprised a 8100lb truck will go that fast that easy.

By No means do I want anyone to go speed EVER. But how fast have you ever heard of anyone going? It takes a lot of power to move that much weight that fast.

um... I once heard that "someone" took my truck to 100 and laid the needle down and kept going for quite some time and it felt like it was gaining speed just like from 40-80

So I assume 120 can be done pretty easily

The speedometers in my truck goes to 110, I believes the rev limiter when its stock is 109. With no rev limiter after 110 the speedo goes to 0...or so I've heard

I want to say my cousins 2004 KR went to 120 on the dash. With his crappy edge juice platinum "some people" hit around 105 or so and it accelerated the same from 40 to 105...

actually its 95mph dummy

then after it bounces it goes up. but i dont think its accurate after it does that.

ive bounced my speedo many times. ill have to look at the cts again for the top speed ive done.

How can you hit 120 on the dash if a KR only shows up to 100

I did say 'if i remember correctly' I have no idea what his speedo went to cause It wasnt my truck and this was way before I cared about diesel lol. It was his truck that got me hooked though

All I know is that I saw it hit 100 and it still had some room left on the speedo. Plus we removed the speed limiter with his edge.

Then he made a real smart move and traded strait up his 04 KR on 10" of lift with less than 120K for a 06 titan thats on 4inches 2wd, 130k, with a serious exhaust leak that his still hasnt fixed
