Sticker in the door jamb?

A buddy of mine just bought an 06 6.0. Truck is clean and looks like it it's been taken care of. I noticed a sticker in the door and don't know what it is or how to find out. Anyone seen one of these?

That's the sticker that Ford used to have us put in after the pcm, tcm and ficm were reprogrammed. But I've always seen them under the hood.

When the dealer reprograms the PCM/TCM/FICM, they update it to the newest software (strategy).

To find out what else has been done while under Ford warranty, you will need to ask a Ford dealer for a FULL Oasis Report.
