Exclamation Maybe fuel related problem?

My boss owns a 2005 f350 dually 5 speed. He sometimes has long cranking issues and sometimes no cranking at all. It will jump off just fine and runs fine when jumped off popping clutch. Just tested Ficm at all 3i phases and held 48v great. I'm wondering what's the next step.

High pressure oil system check for leaks. The ECM won't let the engine fire if the icp (injector control pressure sensor) isn't reading at least 500psi. To check the sensor itself it's on the front right valve cover (right side if your sittin at the steering wheel) just unplug it and try cranking if it fires right away it's the sensor. If not then he's probably gonna need a pressure leak down test done on the high pressure oil system.

Most likely if it's a leak it's the stc fitting on the back of the hpop as well as the plugs on the ends of the hpo rails and ccv tube. Tell him to try the icp sensor first but if that's not the problem to expect to spend some money. New hpop ipr valve plus labor and fixing all the leaks is gonna get pricey to the tune of 1400 or more with parts and labor.
