FICM, Injector, or worse

Ok I own an 07 6.0 that started running ****ty yesterday. So today I did a voltage test on the FICM and I get 48 on the key and 48 running. I cleaned the EGR and changed the oil.

The truck doesnt run AS ROUGH but; it still blows black smoke and IS NOT running smooth.

I also ran a check on it and there are NO CODES.

So what are your thoughts on this?

Thank you

Check FICM voltage while cranking. What oil are you running? Run revx if you haven't before. See if that clears it up.

Good evening! I'm new on here and mainly just doing some reading to get up to speed now that I own a 6.0. I'm just curious how, without any CEL, you were able to track down the problem to an injector. What lead you there as opposed to anywhere else?
