Deltas and EOT/ECT Norms

Ok, did the test today, only thin is ambient temp was around 81. I already had the truck warmed up from the 32 mile drive home. I installed a scan gauge and punched in the EOT temp codes and a few others. EOT never got over 202 and I hit a small cold spot in a dip by a patch of woods on the highway and the ECT dropped to 194. So my delta hit 8 for a brief second because of the cold spot. I stayed a constant 60MPH and my delta average 5. I am much more comfortable with my set up. I just installed a coolant filter yesterday to help keep things clean. A coolant flush will be in the works in the future with a ELC change out. As well as synthetic oil in the future as well.
