What would you pay? 2006 F 350 5.4

Ok not diesel but still... Figured most of you deal with not just diesels.

So heres the stats:

Reguar cab
5.4 Auto
Dark Stone ext
Tan and black int
4x4
58,000 miles
No options besides AC and hitch receiver and looks like he paid extra for a snow plow package

Few dings, the inside of the bed is beat up, never had a liner.

Thoughts?

It does seem rare. The only one I've ever seen in person besides mine is yours in Carlisle.
