OK - so last year someone broke into my truck and stole my SCT TSX. When I called to replace, I was talking into the X3 and Edge CS monitors. I liked it at first, but not the thing keeps shutting off. I keep re-booting, or unplugging from the OBD-II port. It will work for a while...then just go black again. I am ready to rip this POS out!!!
Anyone else have these issues? Thanks. |

I have run the CTS for 6 months with not one problem. A buddy of mine has the CS and has had no problems.
Call Edge or the company you purchased it from and see if they can get you a new unit. The Insight is definately the best data monitor on the market. |

I had a problem with my cts when i got it. Call edge they will send u a new one. They have great customer service.

They had a run of bad components. Overheating was the cause. I called got a rma number and had a new unit in less then a week.

Thanks guys! I just emailed Eric at Innovative. How long is the warranty? I am pushing a year, and have been battling this for several months.

caal edge direct. I did not buy mine from them but they took care of it for me with no questions. They will ask for the serial number.
