Another Sccangauge mount question

Hi All,

I realize the scangauge mount talk has been beat to death but I remember reading several months back a post on one of the forums about a guy that made a cheap scangauge mount that hooked to his headliner above the rearview mirror. It was a full DIY type solution and only cost a couple of bucks but looked pretty decent. I have searched high and low and can't find it for the life of me. I'm not even sure which forum it was on.

I realize I could get a blendmount but I plan on getting an edge insight before too long and don't really want to drop the extra $50 for it.

Just thought somebody may remember seeing it.

Thanks,

Steve

No thats not it. The one I'm looking for was kinda a DIY thread. I am thinking he used some kind of screen clips to mount it from the headliner above the mirror. He had very detailed pictures if I remember correctly. Thanks for the try though.

Hey all,

I finally found the site I was looking for. Its on a Tundra site but the principle is the same. Gonna try something similar within the next couple of weeks. For those interested here is the link Scan Gauge II Do-It-Yourself Mount/Bracket
