Recent 6.0 owner
I recently bought an all stock ccsb 250 6.0. I live in eastern nc so its a mild climate...but I was looking around the truck and all and notices that I didn't see a block heater plug anywhere.
Was that an option? Or standard? I know GM has it as STD equipment in select states Sent from my Motorola Electrify using AutoGuide.Com Free App |

I think it was a option.
Mine was really hiding, took about 5 mins of searching to find it. |

Where did you find it?

All of the engines have the heating grid in them, the option only included the cord and plug. If you look on the passenger side of the block from underneath you can see where the cord would attach. You can order the cord and have your block heater. It might be installed already and just hard to find, mine was tucked way up behind the bumper and had the original packing on it still, never used. The cord by the block is orange and flat.
