Replaced oil cooler and new bullet proof egr but still getting oil in coolant

Hey guys like tittle says I put in new ford oil cooler and new bullet proof egr and flushed the system 6 time and every time it gets warm i get more fresh oil in the coolant. Ive only got water in it now but this is driving me nuts....Any ideas??? Please help!!

I know oil in coolant is a 7.3 injector cup issue. I think I read about this same thing but it wasn't the cups.
