Moon Roof Repair HELP NEEDED!

I ordered the right and left guide from here: http://www.partswebsite.com/fordonli...21&catid=10069

but when I tore into the project, there are some other broken parts that this diagram doesn't list, other than it being the track assembly? the part that the cable attaches to has broken tabs on it which need replacing, but can not find that part anywhere??? Any ideas anyone?

Also how do you adjust the cable lengths? They are not even on lengths right now????
