Funny story... And it almost worked...

Last night i stopped and filled my truck up with fuel. As I was pulling out there was a dodge that drove by and smoked me and took off, so as i went flying out after him I didnt realize that there were two unmarked cops in a parking lot across the road. Well you know what happened next ofcourse I get pulled over by one and the other pulls over the dodge. The first thing the cop says when he gets to my window was "were you drag racing"? I said "no ofcourse not, that's illegal". Then he says "well why were you rolling black smoke and took off so fast"? The first thing I could think to say was "It's time for my weekly turbo exercise". I got a puzzled look for a second and the cop says "weekly turbo exercise"? I said " yea man on these 6.0 truck if you don't exercise the turbo regularly they will get full of suit amd go bad because they cant work right", then pulled out my phone and showed him pics of my turbo taken apart before I cleaned it. He looked at me for a second and said "then why were you passing the dodge while you were exercising your turbo"? I said "umm I guess his truck is slow". He just looked at me and walked back to his car with my info and comes back a few minutes later with a ticket for improper start, and excessive black smoke. After I signed the ticket and am avout to drive away the cop goes " I'm not sure about your turbo exercise story I think you were probably racing but that's the d***dest story I've ever heared for not racing. So I'm not going to write you for racing have a nice night." So I didn't get a ticket for racing but i still got a ticket. I guess it kind've worked.
