Adding exhaust manifold gaskets

Anyone done this? The manifold on my driver side is leaking from three of four ports. On the passenger side it looks like one or maybe two. Someone mentioned adding a gasket and a search brought up a thread where Sinner mentioned it too. Are these available from Tousley? I would probably want new hardware too.

Is it normal for them to leak or is this a sign that something else is up?

I had a leak on my exhaust mani with no gaskets. After doing studs and everything we just cleaned them up and bolted them back on and they dont leak now. I was gonna put gaskets in there but my Diesel guy said not to bother and that they would be fine without, Hes right so far..

Maybe I just need to clean them. I think it's been doing it all along, but running WVO my engine is so quiet that all I hear is the exhaust leak. Driving me nutz! And I can smell the exhaust in the cab too...

Maybe more common than I thought?

Im doin my studs now, the kit i got came with exhaust mani gaskets but i just threw em out. The way i look at it, if those gaskets blow, how bad is it gonna leak exhaust in the cab then. Then you gotta turn around and tear it back apart
