So this is my 2nd 6L stroke

Alright so I went against what my dodge and gm loving friends and got me another 6 liter. My first was a black crew cab short bed fx4 black with a very basic interior. I started having Problems with overheating and the dealership sold me a warranty and they were actually forced to upgrade me. So I got a 06 f-250 4x4 crew cab short bed lariat with all the bells and whistles. My question is I have 86k on the truck with a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty what should I do to the truck to semi bullet proof it so I don't void the warranty. I already sent an email to the warranty place asking about an upgraded eve cooler I will probably go with bpd egr since I'm in AZ so I like to support locally. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't void it if they don't know about it

I would say dont worry about bullet proofing it right now since you have the warranty (not knowing the details of it) I would instead save up the cash and have everything ready for surgery as soon as the warranty runs out
