Best monitor gauge for the money?
Ok I currently have edge juice with attitude with the silver older style attitude tuner. I'm wanting to remove the edge and buy a sct. The screen I have currently has everything but eot and ect which I need. So my question is can I ditch the edge but keep the screen for monitoring and buy the scan gauge to save myself a buck or pull everything and buy the cs or cts? The screen does not connect to the obd port. It runs under the hood into the edge system. Anyone know how I can keep it?
Another option is to use pillar gauges for the ect and eot. I currently have both and fuel pressure. I never got the billet oil filter cap so the eot temp isn't working and I always questions the reliability of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

I run the cts and I must say that I love it. I think scangauge is the best if your trying to save money.

Yes, the SCT devices don't come programmed with EOT. You will need to download the Liveload software onto your PC and program EOT into the device.
Here is a how to. How to get SCT x3 to read eot vs ect |

Ditch your stuff and get an SCT X3 for tunes and an Insight CS or CTS if you can afford to or a ScangaugeII if you can't. They are invaluable troubleshooting aids when things aren't working right and well worth the money spent.
